The 2016 Chambertin Grand Cru shows the more delicate, lifted and elegant side of this Grand Cru site. Sweet red cherry, plum, spice and floral notes add lovely shades of complexity to this decidedly mid-weight Burgundy. Readers should expect a gracious, understated style of Chambertin.
