Now, let’s also explore Champagne Baron Fuente’s vineyards and their winemaking process

Baron Fuente Vineyards And Winemaking

Champagne Baron Fuente vineyard

The Baron Fuente vineyards lie in the Charly Sur Marne area - on the beautiful hillsides of the Marne Valley, west of the Champagne wine-growing region.

These vines have been with the Baron family since the 17th century.

The entire winemaking process (harvesting, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, and cellaring) takes place when the weather is between 12-15 degrees Celsius.

These cold conditions give the Champagne a fresh and supple palate and extremely fine bubbles.

Depending on the cuvee, all the bottles are stored on slats for two to eight years.

The second fermentation lasts at least 36 months. This makes the Champagne rounder with fine, delicate bubbles.
