The Chateau Marquis de Terme estate has 40 hectares of vineyard lands in the Cantenac village. They’re planted with:

Cabernet Franc vines were initially planted in this Margaux vineyard but were later removed. 

The terroir includes well-draining sandy, gravel, clay, and limestone soils.

The wine is vinified in large cement vats and undergoes malolactic fermentation in tanks.
