This Bordeaux inspired red wine from the Paso Robles region is made using 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot, and 13% Merlot

It features a deep, purple-black hue with polished tannins and lovely notes of sweet cherry and pure creme de cassis.

On the nose, you’ll notice classy notes of black cherry, currant, eucalyptus, cedar, and briary blackberry with faint dried herbs aroma. 

You may also experience the ancillary aromas of cedar, dark chocolate, and tobacco leaf.

This wine is full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with powerful flavors of lively cherry, juicy dark berry, plum, blueberry, and a supple backbone of cassis and dried thyme touches.
