  • Hilltop: One of the best-known Cabernets in Paso Robles, this wine is sourced through several planting combinations and comprises 99% Cabernet Sauvignon, 0.7% Petit Verdot, and 0.3% Malbec
  • Carol’s Vineyard: A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Petit Verdot, this J Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon matures for 17 months in French oak.
  • Shotwell Vineyard: This Paso Robles wine is made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and spends 18 months fermenting in 60-gallon French oak barrels. 
  • Seven Oaks: Initially sourced from the original plantings of the indigenous Estrella clones, today, the wine grows across multiple vineyard sites with a mix of clonal combinations. It is aged for 12 months in 60-gallon American oak barrels.
  • Gean Vineyard: Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine spends 18 months barrel aging in French oak to ensure a lively and unique fruit component.
