Yields: 6 servings

Ingredients:

For the cocktail

  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 180ml vodka
  • 90ml pear simple syrup

For the pear simple syrup

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pears
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

For the pear simple syrup

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and the pears to a saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Cook the pears until they become soft. 
  3. Pour in the water and remaining sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. 
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Take it off the heat and cool it completely. 
  6. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer and bottle your pear simple syrup.

For the cocktail

  1. Line your glasses and pour 30ml of vodka and 15ml of pear simple syrup into each. 
  2. Top with Prosecco and enjoy!

  • 50ml Prosecco
  • 50ml vanilla vodka
  • 30ml passion fruit puree
  • 20ml passion fruit liqueur
  • 20ml vanilla syrup

Directions:

  1. Get your cocktail shaker, add ice, and mix all the ingredients (except for the Prosecco and garnish.) 
  2. Pour the concoction into a martini glass.  Add the passion fruit slice as garnish. 
  3. Pour the Prosecco into a shot glass and serve it on the side. 

Notes:

  • Enjoy the Pornstar Martini by alternatively sipping from the martini and shot glass.

  • 15ml Triple Sec
