How do I enroll in Autopay to cover my storage and insurance fee? How does Autopay work?

Setting up Autopay for your storage and insurance fees is simple:

  • Step 1: Log into your Vinovest account.
  • Step 2: Navigate to the Settings page.
  • Step 3: Locate the Autopay Fees section.
  • Step 4: Select your preferred payment method.
  • Step 5: Confirm your enrollment.

Once set, your Autopay preferences will apply to both your wine and whiskey accounts, ensuring your storage and insurance fees are always covered seamlessly.

You can also change your designated Autopay payment method by going to your account settings, updating your payment information, and selecting a new payment method for Autopay.

When you enroll in Autopay, any previous outstanding balances will be automatically paid along with your next scheduled payment. This ensures that your account is brought up to date.

If you use autopay with a bank account, there are no additional fees. However, if you choose to use a credit card, the following processing fees will apply:

  • U.S. Credit Cards: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
  • International Credit Cards: An additional 1.5% on top of the domestic fee for international cards.

Please be aware that your bank or credit card issuer may also apply other charges such as overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, or other related fees. It’s a good idea to check with them for specific details to avoid any unexpected charges.

If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, you will be notified and asked to update your payment method or add funds to your account. It’s important to ensure that your payment method has adequate funds to cover the monthly fees to avoid service interruptions.

You can cancel Autopay at any time through your account settings. However, once canceled, you will need to manually pay your monthly management fees.
