Henschke is home to some of Australia's finest single-vineyard wines. Mount Edelstone Shiraz comes from ungrafted vines planted in 1912 that produce ultra-lush and dynamic fruit. This shiraz jumped 49.5 in value from 2017 to 2021.

A very expressive nose with intense fruit making a strong impression. Aromas of blackberries, blueberries and dark cherries lead to sage and spice notes. This has a very plush palate with boldly fleshy fruit, delivered in a rich, layered mode. Blueberries, red plums and blackberries and a very concentrated, intense finish. This is an impressive edition of this wine.
