As a true wine lover, Didier Dagueneau set out to create “the best Sauvignon Blanc in the world” from his native village of Saint Andelain in 1982.

Rather than joining his family’s vineyard and winemaking business, he took inspiration from Henri Jayer, Edmond Vatan, and enologist Denis Dubourdiex to start his own vineyard.
