Tenuta di Biserno Vineyards

Tenuta di Biserno is a 49 ha estate nestling amongst the hills of Bibbona in coastal Tuscany.

The region’s unique terroir is defined by key characteristics, such as:

  • Soil: The free-draining soil in the Tenuta di Biserno is mainly alluvial and is made up of limestone and calcium carbonate. The soil’s high density provides ideal growing conditions for the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. It also offers ideal conditions for the subsequent plantings of Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes.
